Welcome to my blog
📊 Analytics
I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance (with a minor in International Business) from Tennessee State University, an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, and a Doctor of Business Administration in Finance from Capella University. These academic foundations support my primary work in business analytics and my secondary role as an online adjunct professor.
Beyond my professional responsibilities, I have a deep personal interest in the financial markets. I enjoy studying and discussing trends in the stock market, macroeconomic conditions, and technical analysis strategies. Please note that I do not hold any securities licenses — any market-related discussions on this blog are intended purely for educational and entertainment purposes and should not be considered financial advice.
As an economist, my views are informed by the economic philosophy of Friedrich August Hayek — often aligned with limited government and free markets — in contrast to the Keynesian models commonly embraced by mainstream economic institutions.
✝️ Faith
In addition to my background in economics, finance, and analytics, I hold both a Master of Divinity and a Master of Theology in Homiletics from Liberty University. These degrees have prepared me to preach, teach, and thoughtfully engage with biblical truth. As a Christian committed to Southern Baptist doctrine and traditional conservative values, I affirm the complete truth and authority of Scripture as the guiding foundation of my life.
While my beliefs may differ from modern cultural trends, I share biblical perspectives respectfully and without the intent to provoke debate. I believe conviction comes from God, not from argument, and I simply aim to present what I understand to be biblical truth — leaving each reader free to accept or reject it. I don’t seek to monetize this area of the site; it exists solely to offer a distinct voice rooted in both theological training and analytical thinking.
🎹 Music
Southern Gospel music has played a meaningful role in my life for decades. In my younger years, I toured and performed professionally (full-time for a living), and today, I continue to serve as a pianist with nationally known Southern Gospel artists at major concerts and special events. If you’ve attended recent events in this genre, there’s a good chance we’ve crossed paths.
Although it's no longer my full-time profession, Southern Gospel remains a cherished hobby and ministry. I occasionally share photos, videos, and music — some of which may be available for purchase — as a way to stay connected with the music community I love and support the message of Christ through song.
